What you'll bring

Proven CFO/Finance leadership in Sweepstakes, Social Casino, or iGaming
Strong U.S. market expertise (regulation, payments, compliance)
Experience building scalable financial architecture, reporting, and P&L control
Deep knowledge of unit economics, cash flow, risk, and governance
Fluent English + Russian/Ukrainian
