APERCON is searching for a CEO Global to lead and scale an international iGaming ecosystem built on a proprietary platform across multiple markets.

The role focuses on building a strong global management architecture, managing country managers, and expanding operations across Mexico, Africa, Asia and Tier-1 markets.

Build global management structure for multi-regional iGaming operations
Lead and scale existing gaming assets on a proprietary platform
Manage regional expansion across Mexico, Africa, Asia and Tier-1 markets
Supervise country managers and regional leadership teams
Drive growth, operational performance and market expansion

What you'll bring

Executive leadership experience in iGaming / betting / online casino
Proven track record of scaling global B2C gaming operations
Experience managing multi-regional teams and country managers
Strong strategic and operational leadership skills
