What you'll do

Automate workflows in ATS, CRM, and HR platforms
Integrate AI tools: chatbots, sourcing, matching algorithms
Build smart internal tools that boost recruiter productivity
Ensure clean system integrations and data flow
Document solutions, train teams, support implementation

What you'll bring

3–5 yrs experience in automation/integrations/tech ops
Tools: Zapier / Make / Tray.io / APIs
Scripting: Python / JavaScript
Understanding of HR tech (Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR)
Curious, proactive, and reliable
RPA / chatbot experience
AI features: parsing, semantic search, screening
