Stake Releases ‘The Merab Method’ Ahead Of UFC World Title Clash

Stake has released The Merab Method, a new content feature starring Global Ambassador Merab Dvalishvili ahead of his UFC World Title clash with Petr Yan.

The mockumentary combines humour with a behind-the-scenes look at Dvalishvili’s preparations as the Georgian fighter looks to reclaim the bantamweight crown at UFC 333 on 24 October.

The feature follows Dvalishvili through his pre-fight mindset and training regime, while also presenting his six tips for becoming a UFC World Champion.

Dvalishvili Prepares For Yan Trilogy Fight

Nicknamed ‘The Machine’ for his pace and stamina, Dvalishvili discusses his preparations for his latest meeting with Yan as part of the feature.

The fighters have recorded one victory each ahead of their third bout.

Discussing his intentions for the fight, Dvalishvili said: “I want to break Petr Yan’s face.”

He also addressed his plans beyond the upcoming title fight and identified Song Yadong as a potential future opponent.

Dvalishvili added: “God willing, when I win against Petr, I will fight Song Yadong next.”

Stake Expands Ambassador Content

The release represents the latest activation under Stake’s Global Ambassador agreement with Dvalishvili and continues the operator’s use of original content alongside its combat sports partnerships.

By focusing on Dvalishvili’s training, personality and preparations outside the Octagon, The Merab Method provides a different perspective on the fighter ahead of UFC 333.
