PaymentIQ Launches Cashier Plus To Give Payments Teams Greater Control
The new platform allows iGaming payments teams to build, test and analyse cashier experiences without relying on developer intervention.

PaymentIQ has launched Cashier Plus, a new product designed to give iGaming payments teams direct control over the design, testing and optimisation of their cashier experience.
Available from 8 September, Cashier Plus combines three tools covering cashier configuration, player experience testing and performance analysis. PaymentIQ said the product was developed after consulting more than 15 payments teams about the challenges they face when making changes to deposit journeys.
Cashier Plus Combines Builder, Preview And Data Tools
The Builder functionality enables payments teams to make changes including the order of payment methods, amount and bonus selection, layouts and other cashier elements without requiring engineering support. Operators can also customise the appearance of the cashier to reflect their individual branding.
Preview allows teams to test those configurations from the player's perspective before publishing them. Different customer profiles can be simulated, including VIP customers and first-time depositors, enabling operators to assess how rules and different cashier variants affect the experience.
The Data component provides information about customer behaviour during the deposit process, including anonymised session replays designed to identify where players abandon transactions. Teams can then test alternative configurations and move the best-performing version into production.
PaymentIQ cited one example in which 33,800 players opened an operator's cashier but only 12,900 completed a deposit, leaving 20,900 who abandoned the process. The company said Cashier Plus was designed to provide greater visibility into where and why such customers leave the payment journey.
PaymentIQ Targets Improved Deposit Conversion
PaymentIQ CEO Neil D'Souza said:
“By the time a player reaches the cashier, you’ve already won them. What happens next either keeps that win or throws it away. Cashier Plus puts the tools, and the proof, directly in the hands of the people who can act on it instantly without developer intervention.”
Kaivalya Paluskar, VP of Product at PaymentIQ, said the company worked directly with payments teams before beginning development to understand how operators currently manage their cashier systems.
“We spent weeks inside the daily reality of payments teams, watching how they actually run a cashier,” Paluskar said. “Cashier Plus is what came out of those conversations: control they can act on, and data that finally makes payments a strategic lever, not a black box.”
Rhino Entertainment Group Director of Payments Abner Fabbro highlighted the potential to connect payment methods with specific commercial incentives, while Stake CFO Bo Li said the ability to test and optimise the cashier across different currencies and payment methods could help operators improve the conversion of existing acquisition spend.
Cashier Plus Goes Live
Cashier Plus became available to operators on 8 September, with PaymentIQ positioning the product as a way for payments teams to make and evaluate cashier changes without submitting development tickets or waiting for software releases.
PaymentIQ operates a payment orchestration platform specifically focused on the iGaming industry and has operated independently since March 2026. The company says its technology processes more than 630 million transactions annually across hundreds of payment methods and providers, with reported uptime of 99.99%.
