EGT Secures Gaming Related Vendor Licence In UAE
The GCGRA licence will allow EGT to supply its land-based gaming solutions to licensed operators in the United Arab Emirates.
Euro Games Technology (EGT) has been granted a Gaming Related Vendor Licence by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), allowing the supplier to provide land-based gaming products to licensed operators in the United Arab Emirates.
The approval represents another step in EGT’s international expansion as the company adds the UAE to its portfolio of regulated jurisdictions. It also positions the supplier to participate in the country’s developing commercial gaming market as the GCGRA continues to establish its regulatory framework.
EGT Targets Emerging UAE Gaming Market
Under the licence, EGT will be authorised to supply its portfolio of land-based gaming solutions to operators licensed within the UAE. The company currently has products installed across more than 100 countries worldwide.
Nadia Popova, Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at EGT, described the UAE as one of the most closely followed emerging gaming jurisdictions globally and said securing approval reflected the supplier’s focus on regulated markets.

GCGRA Continues Development Of Regulated Market
EGT’s approval comes as the GCGRA oversees the development of the UAE’s regulated commercial gaming sector, including the licensing of operators and businesses supplying products and services to the market.
