Women in Gaming Diversity & Employee Wellbeing Awards 2026 Finalists Revealed

The finalists for the 16th annual Women in Gaming (WIG) Diversity & Employee Wellbeing Awards 2026 have officially been announced, recognising the individuals and organisations making a positive impact across diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing within the gaming industry.
Now in its sixteenth year, the awards continue to celebrate the people, teams and initiatives helping to build a more inclusive, supportive and equitable sector. This year’s finalists showcase a wide range of talent, innovation and dedication, with categories highlighting achievements in leadership, workplace culture, community engagement and personal development.
The winners will be unveiled during the official awards ceremony on 12 June at the Savoy Hotel in London, where industry leaders, advocates and emerging talent will come together for an evening dedicated to recognition and celebration.
