Hacksaw Gaming Launches Hacksaw Ventures to Invest in Early-Stage iGaming Startups

Hacksaw Gaming has launched a new investment and acceleration division, Hacksaw Ventures, aimed at supporting early-stage startups across the global iGaming industry.

The initiative marks a strategic expansion for the company beyond its core business of game development and distribution, positioning Hacksaw Gaming as a potential backer of emerging studios and technology innovators.

The new division will focus on identifying and investing in businesses that are developing new gaming content, technology platforms, data solutions and entertainment formats capable of reshaping how digital gaming experiences are built and delivered.

Investment Strategy Targets Industry Innovation

Hacksaw Ventures will operate with a broad investment mandate, targeting early-stage companies across several segments of the iGaming ecosystem.

According to the company, the programme is designed to provide promising startups with both financial backing and access to Hacksaw Gaming’s established global distribution network in regulated markets.

The initiative comes during a period of continued expansion for Hacksaw Gaming. The company recently secured new market entry agreements in the US states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania as part of its wider North American growth strategy.

Expansion Follows Major Capital Raise

The launch of Hacksaw Ventures follows the company’s initial public offering roughly a year ago, which raised more than $400m. The new investment arm represents a strategic deployment of those funds as Hacksaw Gaming seeks to expand its influence across the wider gaming ecosystem.

Marcus Cordes, Operational CEO of Hacksaw Gaming, said the new division reflects the company’s ambition to support the next generation of gaming innovators.

“We know how difficult it can be for founders to bring new ideas to market,” Cordes said. “With Hacksaw Ventures, we want to provide early-stage companies with the resources, expertise and network they need to succeed.”

Hacksaw Gaming said the initiative is intended to help accelerate innovation across the sector by supporting companies that are pushing the boundaries of how digital gaming experiences are created and delivered.
