MGM China Strengthens Safer Gambling Strategy with New Employee Education Programme
The initiative, introduced last week and celebrated with a formal launch event, aims to deliver a more extensive, sustainable, and efficient platform of RG promotion

MGM China has launched the MGM Responsible Gaming Employee Care Programme to deepen team understanding of gambling-related harm and reinforce its commitment to responsible gambling in Macau.
The initiative, introduced last week and celebrated with a formal launch event, aims to deliver a “more extensive, sustainable, and efficient platform of RG promotion,” according to MGM China. It is designed to equip staff with tools and knowledge to better identify and respond to signs of gambling harm.
Through roadshows, interactive games, online quizzes, and dedicated training sessions, the programme seeks to promote awareness and embed a culture of responsibility within MGM’s workforce.

It is also co-organised by leading community groups including the Macao Federation of Trade Unions (FAOM) and the Youth Volunteers Association of Macao.
