The role

Run the gaming floor of a flagship London venue, owning table performance, staffing and player safety standards.

The Rank Group operates Grosvenor Casinos and Mecca Bingo across the UK. This role sits on the senior venue leadership team of a high-volume London property with tables, electronic gaming and a full food and beverage operation.

What you'll do

Lead the gaming floor across all shifts, including table utilisation and game mix decisions.
Own the venue's safer gambling standards and customer interaction records.
Recruit, roster and develop dealers, inspectors and pit management.
Hit gaming revenue, hold percentage and labour cost targets.
Act as the venue's point of contact for Gambling Commission and local licensing matters.

What you'll bring

Proven casino floor management experience in a licensed UK venue.
Personal Management Licence held or eligible to obtain.
Deep working knowledge of LCCP and safer gambling obligations.
Comfortable with late shifts and weekend cover.
