Evoplay, the award-winning game development studio, is getting into the Halloween spirit with The Castle of Slotenstein, a Frankenstein-inspired slot where three distinctive boosters power a thrilling Hold & Win bonus.
The Castle of Slotenstein brings a mad scientist and his towering creation to life, with players invited inside the doctor’s eerie castle in search of monstrous wins.
Three coloured pumpkin Bonus symbols are each linked to a different booster.
Green Shock symbols increase the opening number of Bonus Game spins from three to four, while Purple Trick symbols can generate additional Bonus symbols on their reel or increase the values of existing ones up to 5x.
Blue Treat symbols add their values to every Orange Bonus symbol already on the grid.
The Bonus Game begins with three or four spins, depending on the active boosters, with only Bonus symbols appearing on the reels.
Every new Bonus symbol resets the spin counter, giving players more opportunities to fill the reels and build their win.
When three Bonus symbols fill a reel, a collect is triggered, with their values added to the win meter before the reel is cleared. The first time a reel is completed, one of five sections of the Grand Reel of Fortune is unlocked, bringing an additional layer of progression to the feature.
Unlocking all five sections results in the Grand Reel of Fortune awarding one final spin with one of eight possible prizes, including 2x, 3x, 5x and 8x multipliers, alongside Mini, Mega, Super and Grand prizes.
Players can also bypass the build-up and purchase the Bonus Game instantly via the Bonus Buy, with the option to enter with one, two or all three boosters active.
