MediaScale Capital Appoints New Venatus Leadership Following Acquisition
The gaming advertising specialist has appointed a new CEO and CFO as it prepares to expand its technology capabilities and international operations.

MediaScale Capital has confirmed the appointment of a new leadership team at Venatus following its acquisition of the gaming and entertainment advertising specialist in July 2026.
Theodora Michail-Clendinnen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, while Joe Seath will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer. The appointments form part of MediaScale Capital’s plans to support the company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on expanding its advertising capabilities and strengthening relationships with publishers and brands.
Venatus Targets Further International Expansion
Founded in 2010, Venatus specialises in connecting gaming and entertainment publishers with advertisers seeking to reach audiences through targeted digital advertising. The company has established operations across the UK, Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
MediaScale Capital identified Venatus’ specialist position within the gaming advertising sector and the strength of its existing team as key factors behind the acquisition. The investment firm completed the transaction in July, although financial terms were not disclosed in its latest announcement.
The acquisition provides Venatus with backing to pursue further expansion across its existing markets while developing additional opportunities within the gaming and entertainment advertising industry.
New Leadership To Oversee Technology Development
Under Michail-Clendinnen and Seath, Venatus will focus on attracting new advertising demand and developing its data, identity and technology capabilities. These initiatives are intended to enhance the services available to the company’s publisher and advertiser partners.
MediaScale Capital will provide support as the new leadership team implements its growth strategy, with the investment firm indicating that it sees opportunities to build on Venatus’ existing market position.
The acquisition also reflects MediaScale Capital’s wider interest in specialist businesses, with the firm confirming its intention to pursue further investments in companies operating within similarly focused markets.
