Playtech Partners Hippodrome Casino To Launch Live From London Portfolio
The partnership will stream live casino games directly from The Hippodrome in London to players across multiple regulated markets.
Playtech has partnered with The Hippodrome Casino to launch a new live casino portfolio broadcast directly from the London venue.
The agreement will introduce ‘Live from London’ as the latest addition to Playtech’s growing ‘Live From’ portfolio, combining its live casino technology with one of the UK’s best-known land-based casino and entertainment venues.
The initial offering will include Dual Roulette, Studio Core Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat, with additional tables expected to be introduced as the partnership develops.
Playtech Expands Live Casino Portfolio
Games will be broadcast live from inside The Hippodrome, allowing Playtech to distribute content featuring the venue to audiences across multiple regulated markets.
The agreement forms part of Playtech’s strategy of partnering with established land-based casinos to develop live dealer content based around recognisable gaming destinations.

Koss added that ‘Live from London’ would combine the experience of a land-based casino with Playtech’s technology while maintaining the companies’ focus on responsible entertainment.
Hippodrome Extends Experience Beyond London Venue
The Hippodrome has operated as an entertainment venue in central London for more than a century, with the property subsequently developing into one of the UK's most prominent land-based casinos.
George Constantinou, Director of Online Gaming at The Hippodrome, said the Playtech partnership would allow the business to extend its presence beyond customers physically visiting the venue.
“The Hippodrome has been entertaining guests in the heart of London for more than a century and has become one of the most recognised casino destinations in the UK,” Constantinou said.
“Partnering with a leading technology provider in Playtech enables us to extend that experience beyond our venue and introduce our unique atmosphere to audiences around the world through high-quality live casino content.”
Live From London Joins Las Vegas Offering
The Hippodrome partnership expands a Playtech portfolio that already includes live casino content broadcast from major international gaming venues.
Playtech also works with MGM Resorts International on its ‘Live from Vegas’ portfolio, with games streamed from the Bellagio Resort & Casino and MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
The addition of ‘Live from London’ extends the concept to the UK, with Playtech planning to expand the range of tables available from The Hippodrome following the initial launch.
