Allwyn North America has once again been recognised among Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago, earning the No. 74 spot among the top 100 companies in the Chicagoland region. This marks the fourth consecutive year Allwyn North America has earned a place on the list, underscoring the company’s continued commitment to building a workplace culture where employees can thrive.

Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago 2026, presented by Crain’s Chicago Business in partnership with Best Companies Group, celebrates the top employers across the Chicagoland region that foster high-performing and engaging workplace cultures.

“Earning a place on Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago for the fourth consecutive year is a meaningful reflection of the culture our employees have built together,” said Lynette Karabis, VP of People & Culture.

“At Allwyn North America, we want people to have the opportunity to do meaningful work, grow their careers, and make an impact alongside talented colleagues. This recognition and the employee feedback behind it makes us incredibly proud of our team and reinforces our commitment to investing in a workplace where people can thrive.”

The Crain’s Best Places to Work evaluation is based on an assessment of company practices and direct employee feedback. Participating organizations provide information on their policies, benefits, compensation, and employee retention practices, which account for 25% of the overall score, while anonymous employee survey results account for the remaining 75% and focus on workplace culture, leadership, job satisfaction, and opportunities for professional growth.

Crain’s recognition adds to a strong year of workplace accolades for Allwyn North America, which has earned seven workplace recognitions in 2026, including honors from Built In Chicago, SHRM's Best Companies Group, Great Place to Work and Fortune. Together, these recognitions underscore Allwyn North America’s continued commitment to fostering an engaging, inclusive workplace where employees can grow, contribute, and succeed.
