Seema Padman Appointed General Manager At Flutter India

Padman will lead Flutter Entertainment’s Hyderabad Global Capability Centre after helping grow the operation to more than 1,000 employees since its launch in 2024.

Flutter Entertainment has appointed Seema Padman as General Manager of its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, as the company continues to operate its technology hub in India.

The appointment comes after Flutter withdrew its Junglee division following the Indian government’s 2025 crackdown on real-money games. The company continues to operate its Hyderabad GCC, which was established in 2024 as a $3.5m technology hub supporting Flutter’s global operations.

Padman joined the GCC when it opened as a People Leader and helped oversee its expansion to more than 1,000 employees. Her work included resource management and identifying priority areas for the centre’s development.

Padman To Lead Hyderabad Operations

In her new position, Padman will work with Flutter’s leadership team to support delivery across the group’s brands and develop the centre’s working culture.

She will also contribute to Flutter Edge, the group’s strategy combining technology, product, talent and global scale.

Padman brings more than 20 years of experience spanning technology, pharmaceuticals and retail. Before joining Flutter India, she was Senior Vice President of HR for multiple international markets at Epsilon and previously held a role at AstraZeneca.

She holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management.

Continued Investment In India

Flutter’s Hyderabad operation remains part of its wider global infrastructure despite the company’s withdrawal from the country’s real-money gaming market through Junglee.
