Michigan’s commercial and tribal operators generated $346.13m in combined gross receipts from iGaming and online sports betting during July, with adjusted gross receipts reaching $321.42m.
Michigan’s commercial and tribal gaming operators generated $346.13m in combined gross receipts from iGaming and online sports betting in July, a 1.4% increase from June.
iGaming accounted for $302.77m of the total, while online sports betting generated $43.36m.
Combined adjusted gross receipts (AGR) reached $321.42m, comprising $290.65m from iGaming and $30.77m from online sports betting. iGaming AGR increased by 0.5%, while sports betting AGR rose by 52.7%.
State Taxes And Tribal Payments
Operators paid $63.3m in state taxes and fees during the month, including $61.2m from iGaming and $2.1m from online sports betting.
Michigan’s three Detroit casinos paid a further $14.09m in wagering taxes and municipal service fees to the city.
Tribal operators reported $8.4m in payments to their respective governing bodies.
15 Operators Licensed For Online Gaming
As of July, 15 commercial and tribal operators were authorised to offer iGaming and/or online sports betting in Michigan.
All 15 operators offered iGaming, while 13 also provided online sports betting services.
