BoyleSports Launches World Cup Watchalong Series with Mark Goldbridge

BoyleSports has unveiled a major content partnership with football broadcaster and YouTube personality Mark Goldbridge ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with the pair set to deliver a 32-match watchalong programme throughout the tournament.

Running from 11 June to 19 July, the campaign will feature live watchalongs, match previews and social content across Goldbridge’s popular football channels, The United Stand and That’s Football. The initiative follows a successful collaboration during the Premier League season and forms part of BoyleSports’ wider strategy to strengthen fan engagement through creator-led content.

Reaching Millions of Football Fans

Goldbridge’s channels collectively attract around 3.7 million subscribers, making him one of the most influential independent football creators in the UK.

The watchalong schedule will cover every England fixture at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Scotland’s group-stage matches and a selection of other high-profile games from across the tournament.

Coverage will begin with the opening match between Mexico and South Africa, providing fans with live reactions, analysis and debate throughout the competition.

Alongside the watchalongs, Goldbridge will produce dedicated preview shows for England matches and a ‘Game Changers’ social media series highlighting key players before each round. BoyleSports branding and product integrations will feature throughout the content.

Building Connections Beyond Betting

Commenting on the partnership, Gill Blake-Swift said:

“Mark Goldbridge represents everything we stand for as a brand — passion for sport, confidence in your opinions, and a deep connection with fans. His ability to engage audiences in an authentic, entertaining way makes him the right partner for this summer’s World Cup.”

Goldbridge added that the content is designed to capture the emotion and excitement of the tournament as it unfolds, bringing supporters together through live discussion, opinion and reaction.

Part of Wider Football Content Strategy

The agreement forms part of an expanded football-focused marketing push by BoyleSports ahead of the new season.

Earlier this month, the bookmaker appointed Olivia Buzaglo as its football ambassador. Known for her work with talkSPORT and TNT Sports, Buzaglo will front football-related content and events for the operator throughout the World Cup and into the 2026/27 campaign.

With major operators increasingly investing in creator partnerships to engage audiences during major sporting events, BoyleSports’ collaboration with Goldbridge underlines the growing importance of personality-driven content in modern sports betting marketing strategies.
