Amusnet Marks North American Entry with Ontario Licence Approval
The licence provides access to Ontario’s regulated iGaming market—one of the most established and fastest-growing jurisdictions in North America, recognised for its strong regulatory framework and long-term growth potential.

Amusnet has officially entered the North American market after securing a Gaming-Related Supplier–Manufacturer Registration from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), marking a key milestone in its global expansion strategy.
The licence provides access to Ontario’s regulated iGaming market—one of the most established and fastest-growing jurisdictions in North America, recognised for its strong regulatory framework and long-term growth potential.
This approval allows Amusnet to supply its online gaming content to licensed operators across the province, formally establishing its presence in the region. The company is set to roll out its iGaming portfolio initially, with the option to expand into land-based solutions at a later stage.
Ontario’s regulatory model places a strong emphasis on compliance, requiring suppliers to meet high standards across technology, security and player protection. As a result, the market is widely viewed as a benchmark for companies looking to enter North America.
The registration confirms that Amusnet has met these stringent regulatory and integrity requirements, enabling it to distribute its content throughout the province.
“Securing the AGCO licence is an important milestone for Amusnet and reflects our long-term commitment to operating in fully regulated markets,” said Ivo Georgiev. “Our entry into Ontario represents a key strategic step into North America, which is a high-priority region with strong long-term growth potential. We look forward to partnering with local operators and building a sustainable presence in the market”.
With Ontario now part of its expanding portfolio of regulated jurisdictions, Amusnet is laying the groundwork for further growth across North America, with additional opportunities under consideration across Canada to strengthen its international footprint
