Customer support platform provider Tugi Tark has announced a strategic partnership with Narnium Solutions aimed at strengthening player support services across multiple online casino brands.

Under the agreement, Narnium Solutions will deploy Tugi Tark’s customer service platform and AI-powered support agents to manage player interactions across its portfolio of iGaming brands.

Narnium Solutions, which has more than 15 years of experience in areas including casino operations, regulatory compliance, payments and marketing, operates and develops online gaming brands across several international markets. The company said the integration of Tugi Tark’s platform will allow it to manage customer support across multiple brands through a single system.

The AI agents used by the platform are trained on more than 10 million historical iGaming support tickets, enabling automated responses to common player enquiries while allowing human support teams to focus on more complex issues.

A representative from Narnium Solutions said the partnership would help modernise its player support infrastructure.

“Partnering with Tugi Tark is a strong step forward for Narnium Solutions. We’re excited to introduce an AI-powered chat experience into our ecosystem and improve communication and support across our brands,” the company said.

The system is being implemented across the NarniaSlots brand family, where the AI chat function is integrated directly into individual websites. The platform provides a unified workspace for support teams while enabling automated responses to player enquiries.

According to the companies, the system has been designed to scale alongside Narnium Solutions’ planned expansion, which includes upcoming brands such as Lucky Mary and House of Slots.

Harpo Lilja, CEO of Tugi Tark, said the partnership reflects the growing demand for scalable support systems among multi-brand operators.

“Narnium Solutions operates globally with the kind of multi-brand complexity that our platform was built for. We are pleased to have them on board and to be supporting player services across their portfolio,” he said.

The partnership forms part of Narnium Solutions’ broader strategy to develop scalable and compliant iGaming operations across multiple international markets.
