Caesars Entertainment Unveils First In-House Slot as Empire Creative Debuts Cashline

Caesars Entertainment has launched the first title from its in-house slot studio, with the new game now live in New Jersey.

The debut release, Ca$hline, comes from Caesars’ internal studio Empire Creative and is built around a classic three-reel grid. Players can choose to stake on one, two or all three reels, introducing a layer of control to the traditional stepper format.

When all reels are active, a 2x multiplier on the third reel doubles any visible wins, while the Reverse Respin feature offers another opportunity on so-called “near-miss” outcomes. A Wheel Bonus can also be triggered, awarding credits, jackpots or activating the Ca$hline feature.

A senior executive at Caesars Digital described the slot as a “streamlined, player-driven experience anchored by choice, control and fresh mechanics that respect the classic stepper format.”

Scott Krell, senior director of game products and head of studio at Caesars Digital, added:

“By blending familiar three-reel gameplay with features like Reverse Respin and our ‘Land It, Win It’ format, we’ve created something approachable for casual players and exciting for slot enthusiasts looking for meaningful decision-making.

“Ca$hline shows what our studio strives to achieve, familiar gameplay elevated by thoughtful features and design clarity.”

Ca$hline is available to players in New Jersey via Caesars Palace Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino and Horseshoe Online Casino.

Caesars highlights digital momentum

The launch of Empire Creative’s first slot follows Caesars pointing to strong performance from its digital arm in its Q4 financial results.

Caesars Digital reported net revenue of $419m, up from $302m year on year, while adjusted EBITDA rose to $85m from $20m.

Looking ahead, Caesars CEO Tom Reeg said:

“As we look ahead to 2026, the brick-and-mortar operating environment remains stable, and we are expecting another year of strong net revenue and adjusted EBITDA growth in our Caesars Digital segment.

“When combined with lower capex and cash interest expense, 2026 is forecasted to deliver strong free cash flow that we expect to use to pay down debt and opportunistically repurchase our common stock.”
