Win & Win Hotel Casino Opens in Piura as Gladcon Expands Northern Peru Presence

Corporación Gladcon has officially opened the Win & Win Hotel Casino in central Piura, marking a further step in the company’s strategy to expand beyond Peru’s capital and invest in high-potential regional cities. The project represents a private investment of close to US$2 million and is designed to strengthen both the local economy and the city’s tourism offering.

Positioned as an all-in-one hospitality and entertainment destination, the new complex combines accommodation, dining, events, and gaming under one roof. Gladcon said the Piura launch forms part of its decentralised growth plan across northern Peru, a region that continues to show strong economic momentum.

Félix Gómez, General Manager of Corporación Gladcon, said the development was focused as much on social and economic impact as on infrastructure. He noted that the project has already created close to 100 direct and indirect jobs, with a clear emphasis on recruiting and developing local talent.

Integrated hospitality and gaming concept

The Win & Win Hotel Casino features 57 hotel rooms, a fusion-style restaurant, and three event halls capable of hosting more than 150 guests. The casino floor includes 100 modern gaming machines, while a rooftop area is planned for a second phase of development, adding another leisure element to the venue.

Located in a fully refurbished building in the heart of Piura, the property has been designed to deliver a seamless guest experience, blending modern facilities with comfort-focused design. Rooms are equipped with connectivity, climate control, and services aimed at both leisure and business travellers.

Gladcon said the venue is intended to appeal not only to local residents but also to domestic and international visitors seeking a combined entertainment and hospitality experience in northern Peru.
