Octoplay Goes Live in Greece With Novibet
The launch marks another step in the studio’s European expansion following Greek licence approval.

Octoplay has expanded its regulated European footprint after launching its online casino games with Novibet in Greece.
The rollout follows Octoplay’s licence approval from the Hellenic Gaming Commission in August 2024 and sees the supplier make its debut in the Greek market through the Novibet platform.
“The current Greek launch with Novibet demonstrates the momentum of our European expansion,” said Octoplay director of business development Ralitsa Georgieva, who is set to assume the role of chief executive in March. “Adding Greece to our portfolio of regulated markets reinforces our strategy of rapid growth across Europe, bringing our premium content to new player audiences throughout the continent.”
Novibet executive director of casino Fotini Matthaiou described the partnership as another step in the operator’s content strategy, saying the integration of Octoplay’s portfolio supports its focus on delivering next-generation gaming experiences through a combination of technology and entertainment value.
The launch comes as Novibet moves through an acquisition process, after Allwyn announced an agreement in December 2024 to acquire a 51 per cent majority stake in the operator.
