Midnite Expands Into Racing, Esports and Snooker as 2026 Strategy Takes Shape

Midnite has kicked off 2026 with a series of product and marketing initiatives as the UK challenger brand accelerates efforts to strengthen its position across betting and gaming verticals.

The operator confirmed two major developments at the start of the year. The first is a new product rollout delivered in partnership with B2B solutions provider SIS, while the second sees Midnite renew its marketing presence around one of snooker’s flagship events.

Through the SIS partnership, Midnite has taken Competitive Gaming and Premium Racing products live, giving customers access to round-the-clock racing and esports content. The integration includes more than 60,000 horse and greyhound races from around 170 international tracks, alongside over 225,000 head-to-head esports events delivered through the Global Gaming League.

The expanded racing and esports offering forms part of Midnite’s wider ambition to enhance its proprietary platform and compete more directly with established UK betting brands. Following a £100m funding round announced last year, the company has set out its aim to become the “Monzo of betting”, positioning itself as a digital-first disruptor within the UK gambling market.

Zach Amin, vice president of sportsbook at Midnite, said the SIS content aligns closely with the operator’s long-term product vision.

“SIS live racing and H2H Global Gaming League offers an ideal fit for our platform and our players. We are focused on building a top-tier sportsbook, and the ability to deliver engaging, round-the-clock betting opportunities plays a key role in that.”

For SIS, the agreement follows a busy period of commercial activity and reinforces the supplier’s focus on racing and competitive gaming as core verticals. While both horse and greyhound racing face ongoing structural and regulatory challenges in parts of the UK, racing remains the second most bet-on sport nationally after football. At the same time, esports betting continues to grow, offering new commercial opportunities.

Matt Smith, customer growth manager at SIS, said the partnership demonstrates how the supplier’s content can support ambitious operators.

“We are proud to bring our 24/7 live racing and Competitive Gaming content to Midnite, a brand that aligns with our commitment
to innovation and quality.

This integration is a great example of how our high-margin, always-on portfolio can support the growth of ambitious operators and enhance the overall user experience.”

Snooker campaign returns for the Masters

Alongside product expansion, Midnite is also stepping up its marketing activity with a renewed focus on snooker. The brand is the betting and casino partner for the Johnstone’s Paint Masters and is bringing back its Midnite Maximum campaign for the 2026 tournament.

The activation builds on the campaign previously used at the World Snooker Championship. Under the Masters format, Midnite will reward 16 fans each time a maximum 147 break is made during the tournament week, with each winner aligned to one of the 16 players competing at Alexandra Palace.

Andrew Mook, head of brand marketing at Midnite, said the campaign is designed to put fans at the centre of the action.

“The Midnite Maximum showed last year just how powerful a single moment in snooker can be. Bringing it back for the Masters felt like the perfect opportunity to evolve the idea, keeping it fresh, relevant and aligned with one of the sport’s most iconic events.

This version of the Midnite Maximum allows us the chance to see 16 winners, meaning 16 different reactions, and the potential to leave lasting memories for more fans. It’ll put fans right at the heart of the action while creating brilliant, shareable moments.”

With new products live across racing and esports, and renewed investment in high-profile sports sponsorships, Midnite has signalled its intent to make 2026 a defining year as it looks to scale its platform and brand presence in the UK market.
