Zitro’s Bangalore Technology Campus Achieves ISO 27001 Certification

Zitro has announced that its Bangalore Technology Campus has been awarded ISO 27001 certification, covering information security management systems that support its software development operations.

The certification applies to processes governing the management of information at the India-based facility, which is dedicated to software development. According to the supplier, the scope includes controls designed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information used by both clients and employees.

ISO 27001 is part of the ISO 27000 family of standards, which set out requirements for identifying information security risks, implementing appropriate controls and managing data protection in line with internationally recognised best practices. Zitro said the certification confirms that the information security policies and procedures in place at its Bangalore Technology Campus meet these requirements.

The company also linked the achievement to its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments, particularly in relation to cybersecurity and data governance.

The Bangalore Technology Campus operates under Zitro India Technologies and was inaugurated in 2023 at Centennial Business Park in the EPIP Industrial Area. The site supports Zitro’s software development activities and is home to teams of developers, engineers, designers, programmers and quality assurance testers working on gaming technology.

In December 2024, Zitro announced that the same campus had achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management systems. That certification followed a comprehensive audit of operations, including a review of process documentation and quality controls across multiple departments.
