The move paves the way for DraftKings to roll out its award-winning mobile sportsbook in Missouri from 1 December 2025, once final regulatory checks are completed. It marks a major milestone for the operator, which has long advocated for open mobile frameworks that support direct market access.
Missouri will become the 29th US state to welcome DraftKings’ regulated sports betting services. The company also operates in Washington DC, as well as across Canada, where it continues to build a strong presence.
The approval reflects DraftKings’ growing momentum in North America’s fast-evolving sports betting landscape and solidifies its position as one of the biggest brands in the market.
