BGaming Secures Swedish Licence in Major European Expansion

Popular iGaming content provider BGaming has been granted a licence by the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen), marking a key milestone in the company’s growth across Europe.

The new B2B licence, issued under the Decision of the Swedish Gambling Authority, allows BGaming to supply its certified portfolio of games to licensed operators in Sweden. For the first time, Swedish players will gain access to BGaming’s catalogue, which includes popular titles such as Merge Up and Aztec Clusters, alongside future releases.

The move represents a strategic leap for BGaming, as Sweden is recognised for its robust player protection measures, strict regulatory requirements and respected operators. The market offers strong potential for growth while demanding the highest levels of compliance.

Antanina Ivanova, BGaming’s Head of Legal & Compliance, said:

“Securing approval to enter Sweden marks a significant milestone for us in one of Europe’s most competitive markets.

Our team is always working to ensure full compliance with the highest regulatory standards, and being granted entry into one of the industry’s toughest markets is a testament to this.

We look forward to partnering with leading operators in Sweden and introducing our distinctive gaming experiences to local players for the first time.”

With the licence now in place, BGaming is poised to strengthen its presence in regulated markets and build partnerships with some of Sweden’s most established operators.
