Caesars Sportsbook has rolled out a major update to its mobile app in Nevada, introducing a universal digital wallet designed to streamline user experience across multiple jurisdictions in North America.

The newly launched feature allows visitors to Nevada to manage their funds and Caesars Rewards credits through a single wallet, with what the company describes as “seamless access” across 19 regulated markets where Caesars Sportsbook operates.

The operator confirmed that further expansion of the universal wallet is planned, with integration set to be extended to additional jurisdictions where Caesars Sportsbook is already active.

Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital, said the innovation marked a meaningful improvement in customer experience:
“We’re always looking for ways to make things easier and more seamless for our players. The launch of our universal wallet in Nevada is a significant step forward and a long-anticipated enhancement that brings greater convenience and connectivity to our mobile app.”

He added:

“With this update, sports bettors who visit Nevada and our world-class destinations on the Las Vegas Strip or beyond can enjoy a consistent experience wherever they go, with their account, funds and rewards all in one place, just as it should be.”

The upgrade means that verified customers aged 21 and over who sign up for a Caesars Sportsbook mobile account in Nevada can continue using the same login credentials and wallet when travelling to other jurisdictions where the app is live.

Likewise, existing Caesars Sportsbook users from outside the state will be able to access their universal wallet in Nevada after validating their account at any participating Caesars Sportsbook retail location—including sites in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe.

The move is seen as part of Caesars' broader push to unify its digital offering and provide a more integrated cross-state experience for its growing US customer base.

In other US betting news, it has been reported that wagers in the state of Kansas reached $185.2 million in June, which is a 32.2% hike on the $140.1 million recorded in June 2024.
