Fitzdares Announces Major Platform Upgrade with Temporary Downtime Scheduled

Fitzdares has announced its transition to a brand-new website and mobile app platform. The upgrade is scheduled to commence at 8pm on Monday, March 31, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the morning of April 1.

The platform migration marks a significant step forward in enhancing the user experience for both desktop and mobile users, with improved functionality and updated features.

Action Required for App Users

Fitzdares has confirmed that all iOS and Android app users will be required to accept updated Terms & Conditions and re-confirm their marketing preferences once the new platform goes live.

Data Protection & Compliance

In a statement issued to customers, Fitzdares assured that all personal data will be handled lawfully in accordance with its Privacy Policy, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The company also confirmed that its UK Gambling Commission licence (Operating Licence Number: 400) remains unchanged. Fitzdares continues to prioritise player protection, responsible gambling, and data security.

Opt-Out Option Available

Customers who do not wish for their accounts to be transferred to the new platform have the option to opt out. Those wishing to close their accounts prior to the migration are encouraged to contact Fitzdares’ Customer Support Team before March 31 by emailing bet@fitzdares.com.

Temporary Downtime Expected

While every effort will be made to minimise disruption, a scheduled downtime will begin at 8pm on March 31 and continue through to the morning of April 1. Fitzdares has committed to providing customer support throughout the transition, with brokers available to assist by call, text, or email should any post-migration issues arise.

For more information or assistance, customers are advised to reach out to the Fitzdares team directly.
