At Stars Partners, we believe that affiliate programs can and should go beyond business. As leaders in the iGaming industry, we’ve always focused on innovation, but we also understand the importance of giving back to the community. That’s why we created “Stars Paws”, a project dedicated to helping animals in need.
We are proud to be the first affiliate program in the iGaming industry to launch a charity initiative for animal welfare. Our goal? To raise awareness, provide support, and inspire others to join us in making a difference.
Here’s how we started and what we’ve achieved together!
How We Made It Happen
Our first initiative started at iGB Barcelona, where we launched a fundraising activity at the Stars Partners booth. Visitors had the chance to donate to an animal shelter and receive exclusive, limited-edition Stars Partners charity merch as a token of appreciation.
Before choosing a shelter, we carefully researched all the animal rescues in Barcelona. That’s when we found Protectora.BCN—the only private shelter in the city, receiving no government funding and relying entirely on kind-hearted people for survival.
While communicating with the shelter, we understand their biggest needs, and plan how we could provide real help. Our goal was clear—to raise as many funds as possible and make a real difference for the animals.
Our Results
- 100+ participants donated at iGB Barcelona 2025—some even multiple times!
- We doubled the impact: Every donation made to Stars Paws was matched by us— doubling the amount raised to €3,028.
- Where did the funds go? We purchased food, medicine, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.
- A local pet store joined us! Inspired by our cause, they donated extra treats for the animals
- The Stars Partners team got hands-on! We didn’t just donate—we helped pack, sort, and deliver supplies to the shelter
- Some of our partners felt so inspired by the initiative that they joined us on a visit to the shelter. Spending time with the animals, they saw firsthand the difference their donations made.
- Many media partners joined our Charity Program and took the initiative to share information about Stars Paws on their platforms. We truly appreciate your support and contribution!
