BetConstruct has announced that it now offers B2B and B2C gaming licences in Canada through its affiliate entity, YoLicense, marking a significant expansion into the North American market.

The move follows accreditation by the Tobique First Nation, making BetConstruct the first iGaming provider in Canada to offer both types of licences.

With this approval, YoLicense is now authorised to oversee applications and manage gaming licences within its jurisdiction, providing operators with a streamlined entry into the Canadian market.

Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Commenting on the milestone, Vigen Badalyan, co-founder of BetConstruct, stated:

"This landmark achievement with the Tobique First Nation reflects our unwavering dedication to creating opportunities for our partners while upholding the highest standards of responsibility and integrity in gaming."

By securing dual-licensing capabilities, BetConstruct reinforces its commitment to expanding regulated iGaming operations while ensuring compliance with local laws.

With the Canadian market offering significant growth potential, this latest move positions BetConstruct as a key player in the region’s evolving iGaming landscape.
