Global Gaming Awards Unveil Full Shortlist Across 15 Categories

After announcing the nominees for the Executive of the Year category last week, the Global Gaming Awards are now thrilled to reveal the Shortlist for the remaining 15 categories.

“Congratulations to all operators and suppliers from the EMEA who made it to this year’s Shortlist,” said Mariya Savova, Event Manager of the Global Gaming Awards.

“We were overwhelmed by the number of strong nominations that companies put forward, and it was incredibly difficult to narrow down the Shortlist to just 10 companies in each category. Those of you who were shortlisted should be so proud, as this verifies that you are one of the 10 best in your field. And to those who didn’t make it to the final Shortlist this year, please don’t be discouraged. The competition has really been fierce, and you will have another opportunity,” she added.

The Global Gaming Awards are renowned as the most prestigious in the industry, with every company and individual shortlisted on merit. The reasons behind each selection are detailed in the official Shortlist magazine. The Awards’ reputation is further bolstered by a voting process adjudicated by KPMG in the Crown Dependencies, ensuring transparency and fairness. Winners are chosen by a panel of 50 senior industry executives, including notable leaders such as Werner Becher, CEO of Kambi; Daniela Johansson, Deputy CEO of Paf; Siobhan Lane, CEO-Gaming at Light & Wonder; and Per Jaldung, CEO of Grand Casino Brussels VIAGE.

The Shortlist was determined through a meticulous review of self-nominations submitted by companies and recommendations from independent industry consultants and experts.

The winners of the Global Gaming Awards Europe, Middle East & Africa will be announced at an exclusive invite-only event on Day 1 of ICE, January 20, 2025, in Barcelona. For those unable to attend, the presentation ceremony will be live-streamed. Powered by Gambling Insider, with KPMG in the Crown Dependencies as the official voting adjudicator, the event is supported by BetConstruct as the Lead Partner and category sponsors including Interblock, Soft2Bet, Aristocrat Gaming, SPRIBE, Gammastack, Bragg Gaming, Z-Gaming, Digitain, BGaming, Imagine Live, GR8 Tech, Galaxsys, EGT, 1xBet, and EveryMatrix.
