BetRivers Launches NBA Player Card Game PropPacks

BetRivers, the sportsbook brand operated by Rush Street Interactive (RSI), has launched an innovative sports player card game called PropPacks to coincide with the start of the new NBA season. Available exclusively on the BetRivers platform, this digital card game combines the excitement of prop bets with the thrill of player card ownership, offering NBA fans a unique way to engage with each game.

Players can place a minimum $10 wager to receive up to three PropPacks per game, each containing cards for players on either team. Each card features a scoring threshold—20+, 30+, 40+, or 50+ points—and bettors win if their chosen NBA player exceeds the score on their card. Prize tiers increase with thresholds and are categorized by card rarity: bronze, silver, and gold, with top prizes reaching $10,000.

This launch follows an NBA-related initiative by Sportradar, which recently partnered with the league to drive basketball betting engagement. Notably, NBA micro-betting has seen significant growth, with Simplebet reporting a 75% increase over last season.

April was also a notable month for BetRivers, as it became the title sponsor for NASCAR's Xfinity Series Dash 4 Cash race at Dover Motor Speedway and partnered with 1X2 Network to enter the Michigan state market.

Regarding the new release, an RSI spokesperson shared:

“PropPacks, exclusively available to BetRivers Sportsbook players, will offer NBA fans added excitement by providing extra bonus opportunities with their SGP bets. This player card game enhances the viewing experience by giving both first-time bettors and seasoned wagerers additional ways to win from their existing SGP bets at no added cost.”
