Chester Racecourse Partners with Virgin Bet and LiveScore Bet

Chester Racecourse has announced a new partnership with Virgin Bet and LiveScore Bet, which will see the bookmakers become the main sponsors of the Autumn Racing Food & Drink Weekend, taking place on Friday, 13th, and Saturday, 14th October in the UK.

As part of this agreement, the event will be rebranded as the Virgin Bet Autumn Racing Food & Drink Weekend, with a featured race day on Saturday. The day’s card will include seven races and a total prize pool of £290,000 ($379,000).

Virgin Bet continues to strengthen its presence in horse racing through this sponsorship, which also includes backing from LiveScore Bet. The two brands will sponsor three major races during the weekend, including the prestigious Listed Stand Cup Stakes and the Watergate Cup.

This partnership builds on an existing relationship between Chester Racecourse and Virgin Bet, which began last month when the brands sponsored two races at Powells Jewelry Ladies Day.

To further enhance the event’s security, Virgin Bet has teamed up with WalkSafe, their personal security partner, integrating sponsorship with safety initiatives during the race weekend.
