The Danish Gambling Authority has declared Mr Green's risk assessment as “insufficient” and has mandated the operator to provide a revised risk assessment by June 10.

The regulator, Spillemyndigheden, criticized Mr Green for lacking “adequate procedures for internal controls,” noting that these procedures fail to specify the frequency at which controls should be conducted.

Additionally, Mr Green is required to submit a revised business procedure for internal controls and present business procedures outlining how the implementation of these controls is monitored, according to the regulator.

“The Danish Gambling Authority evaluates that the risk assessment must encompass a separate assessment of the risk of the individual payment solutions and delivery channels, as well as a separate risk assessment of the risk factors linked with these,” the authority stated.

“Therefore, Mr Green did not fulfill the risk assessment obligation.”
