DraftKings and BetMGM Gain Access to North Carolina Market

DraftKings and BetMGM have reached market access agreements in North Carolina, ahead of the state's legal sports betting market launch.

Under DraftKings' agreement with Nascar, the operator will be the series' only daily fantasy sports partner in the United States and Canada. DraftKings will also be an official NASCAR gambling operator, allowing them to earn extra sponsorship perks during the series.
Subject to regulatory and licencing clearances, North Carolina will become DraftKings' 27th US state of operation. This comes after it received approval in Vermont last month.

Nascar’s managing director for sports betting, Joe Solosky, added:
