WatchAndWager Gains West Virginia ADW Approval
This will allow WatchandWager to accept pari-mutuel wagers in the state of West Virginia.

WatchAndWager, the advanced deposit wagering (ADW) subsidiary of Webis Holdings, has been granted a 12 month ADW license by the West Virginia gambling authorities.
This will allow WatchandWager to accept pari-mutuel wagers in the state of West Virginia. This licence will be renewed every 12 months in accordance with WV law.
WatchandWager already boasts licenses i California, Colorado, Kentucky, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota and Washington jurisdictions.
“We are delighted to receive this license from the West Virginia Racing Commission for WatchandWager,” said Ed Comins, president of WatchandWager.
“We believe that this license will be mutually beneficial to both the company and the state in the forms of revenue and taxes generated from wagering,” he continued.
“We are equally pleased to support West Virginia’s horse breeding industry by making contributions to purse funds that reward the racing and ownership of West Virginia-bred horses and greyhounds.”
