Gamanza Group to Divide its Business
No details regarding finances of this deal have been made public as of yet
Swiss igaming technology provider, Gamanza Group, will soon be splitting it's business into two units.
According to a statement from the brand, its two distinctive segments will be operated and managed by it's two shareholders; both of which assume a 50% share in the business. These are its founder, Magnus Lindberg and Stadtcasino Baden Group.
Stadtcasino Baden Group will manage the units of Gamanza’s player account management system and customer engagement platform and will continue to manage these under the popular Gamanza brand. The Group will also manage around 60 Gamanza employees based in Slovenia and Costa Rica.
Lindberg, the founder, will control the game development and sports betting divisions of Gamanza. Lindberg and his team will be responsible for 30 employees at the locations in Serbia, Sweden and Malta.
